We have bought a home in our desired development. It was a long time coming but from start to finish our experience has been excellent. This is due to the people at KB homes who made our experience a success. They made us feel like we are all part of a family and they are always more than happy to spend time with us.
This is the first time for us to buy a new house and it is a really nerve wreching experience. The KB Homes Sales Rep described every little thing to us and let us understand what to anticipate. Any queries there were, all we had to do has been call him up, if we left a phone message, our telephone would be ringing soon afterwards. Even today, whenever we spot him he remembers us and consistently comes to greet us. They have exceptional sales people!
